1. What areas do you service?
Glow Haus is a mobile IV hydration service. We travel to select surrounding areas in the DMV to provide treatments in the comfort of your home, office, or event location. Travel fees may apply outside our primary service zone of Richmond, Virgina.
2. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation with all necessary details prior to your visit.
3. Is IV hydration safe?
All treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals. Before your service, a brief health screening is completed to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.
4. How long does an IV session take?
Most IV hydration sessions take approximately 45–60 minutes. Your provider will walk you through the process and answer any questions before beginning.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A $75 non-refundable deposit or 50% of the service total is required to confirm all bookings. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients with repeated cancellations may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
